Terms of Service

Audiolint provides automated pronunciation quality assurance for AI-generated audio files. Analysis results are produced by AI and represent a best-effort assessment. Audiolint does not guarantee 100% accuracy — results should be reviewed by a qualified person for critical use cases.

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person or organisation
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the free credit or violate these terms

• Credits are purchased in advance on a pay-as-you-go basis
• Credits never expire
• Credits are non-refundable once used for analysis
• If a technical error prevents analysis completion, the credit is returned automatically
• Payments are processed by lava.top — their terms apply to the transaction itself
• Starter credits (1 credit / $5): files up to 15 minutes only
• Studio and Scale credits: no duration limit

You may not use Audiolint to:

• Process audio containing illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Resell access without written permission
• Upload files you do not have rights to process

• You retain full ownership of all uploaded audio
• We do not claim any rights to your audio content
• Audio is deleted immediately after analysis — we do not store it
• By uploading, you confirm you have the right to process the file

• Audiolint is provided as-is without warranties
• We are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days prior to a claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible
• Credits are not deducted for failed analyses due to service errors

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the data controller.
